Philosophy Process of DataTelAi
DataTel philosophy is centered around understanding people first, then processes, and finally applying technology to enhance the overall experience of both employees and customers while maintaining the overall financial and corporate goals. Below are the high level steps in the process that shows our commitment to the DataTel philosophy.
- Discovery and Validation: Here at DataTel, we start by having a thirty-minute to one-hour discovery call to ensure that we are a suitable fit for your current and future needs. This will give us a high-level understanding of your areas of focus, budgetary constraints and timeframes to validate that we are a good fit.
- Business Assessment & Understanding People: During the Business Assessment we sit with your Agents to understand the day in the life of the Agent. We review their entire process from the minute they start thinking of work until they get ready to go to sleep at night. We review with them their current technology and processes and ask questions about what they like, what they don’t like and if they have any suggestions on how to improve things. We utilize this same process with your business units and IT group starting with supervisors, managers, Directors, VP’s and C-level people so we have an understanding of the needs of the entire organization at the individual level.
- Recommendations and Use Cases: Based on the assessment, we provide recommendations and create specific use cases in collaboration with your team. These use cases are validated and prioritized according to your needs and timeframes. We put all of this in a presentation so your entire organization can see the results. This allows you and your team to determine what you want to see in demos and focus on.
- Custom Demo: DataTel provides a custom demo based on the results of the recommendations and use cases allowing your team to visualize how the technology works and the benefits it will provide. Our Scripter tool provides an incredible perspective and insight so you can actually see what’s possible. It’s an industry differentiator!
- Commitment and Cost: There is no obligation or cost from DataTel, but we appreciate the commitment and investment of time that does cost you and your organization. Typically, we need a total of six to eight hours for the initial assessment and then the review of recommendations is typically less than an hour. The demos can vary in time based on the use cases and overall requirements but expect two hours for this portion. You will gain far more than the cost as we aim to improve the financial objectives of the company while balancing the well-being of individuals and customers.
- Customer Experience: Our belief is if you have happy people, they will better serve your customers, so all of this is focused on improving the Customers Experience through your people, processes, and technology. The entire process will start and end with the customer as a priority, while improving your organization’s financial performance.
